Why We Collect Your Data, and on What Basis

• Responding to your contact requests. When you use our contact form, we process the information you provide in order to address your request, respond to it, and follow up on it. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to individuals who contact us.
  Sending you our marketing updates. If you check the corresponding box, we use your email address to send you information about our products and services. This processing is based on your consent, which you are free to withhold or withdraw at any time, without this affecting the processing of your contact request.

• Reviewing your application. When you apply for a job opening or submit an unsolicited application, we process the information in your application form, your resume, and your cover letter to conduct the recruitment process. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in selecting our future employees. Your resume and cover letter are necessary for us to review your application; without them, we cannot consider your application.

  Responding to your requests to exercise your rights. When you exercise one of the rights described below, we retain your request, our response, and any supporting documents exchanged. This processing is based on our legal obligation to handle these requests and to be able to demonstrate that we have done so.

• Keep a record of your consent. When you check a consent box, we record the date, the exact text that was presented to you, and the IP address and browser from which the box was checked. This processing is based on the legal obligation to be able to demonstrate that consent was indeed given.

  Ensuring the website’s operation and security. We process technical connection data to diagnose incidents, ensure the security of our servers, and improve the website. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in maintaining an available and secure service.

How long do we keep them ?

• Contact requests and applications, including attachments: 2 years from our last communication
• Email address used to subscribe to our marketing updates: until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe
• Requests to exercise rights and related documents: 3 years from the date the request is closed
• Proof of consent: for as long as necessary to provide such proof
• IP address and browser associated with consent: 1 year
• Technical connection data: 1 year

At the end of these periods, the data is automatically deleted.

Who Has Access

Transfers Outside the European Union

Our web hosting and email service providers process your data within the European Union.

This site also uses services provided by Google (mapping, audience measurement) that may involve the transfer of data to the United States. These services are only activated after you give your consent, which is collected via the cookie banner, and you can withdraw your consent at any time from that same banner.

We will respond within one month, which may be extended by two months for complex requests; in such cases, we will notify you before the end of the first month.
